5 Stars for Simple Practice!
I am a new therapist and with that there are many undertakings but finding an excellent software for charting, bill keeping, insurance tracking, etc. was not an issue because SimplePractice has been wonderful!

Safe, secure, and simple
My experience with SimplePractice has been great. The site is easy to use and helps me stay organized. I love the progress note templates, which make it easy to write effective notes quickly. It's a relief to have all of my notes and client information stored in one place, knowing that the information is safe and secure.

SimplePractice simplified everything!
As I've transitioned to full time private practice, SimplePractice has been exactly what I needed to streamline the logistics of my business. The online forms (with sample templates) along with the patient reminders have been the most helpful.

I was reticent to make the switch to…
I was reticent to make the switch to Simple Practice, unsure if I wanted to add an additional cost to my monthly expenses. It turns out switching was the best decision yet. The site, after a few clicks to get familiar, is incredibly user friendly and streamlined. It is so amazing to have everything in one place and to know that client records are securely stored without me having to worry. "Simple and Powerful Platform"
What do you like best about SimplePractice? Streamlined insurance claim submissions make life very easy. Digital online note taking and information storage is very beneficial. Its HIPPA compliance is exceptional and necessary for the work we do at the business. What do you dislike about SimplePractice? Makes life so much easier!
My favorite part about Simple Practice has to be the customer service. The chat feature is very helpful and I know that I can easily get answers to my questions. The program is very intuitive and user friendly. The only suggestion I have is that it would be helpful to have special features available for clientele who are minors, such as having the ability to customize automatic emails with their parents names.

Simple practice is very easy to use... you might even call it simple. It's very intuitive for the most part. I found that my biggest issues with the platform are the customer service and lack of certain features.
