"User friendly, helpful training"

What do you like best about SimplePractice? Simple Practice is easy to use overall. I like that they include easy-to-learn training materials as well. What do you dislike about SimplePractice? The cost is way too high, especially compared to other similar products. Even as much as I like Simple Practice, I would consider switching in the future due to the cost. What problems is SimplePractice solving and how is that benefiting you? Insurance billing, scheduling, online client forms

Easy to navigate

It's been easy to navigate through scheduling, billing, and administrative tasks. It's been also helpful to have support readily available via chat. I just wish sometimes that talking to a live representative will be more accessible and the waiting time was a lot shorter. Sometimes just talking over the phone simplifies things rather than typing out the problem or question via chat or email.

A great platform overall!

The platform does *almost* everything I want it to and does it quite well. There are some non-intuitive parts (like navigating to specific docs/forms to edit them),but overall I have been very happy with my experience.

Customizable and useful features to fit the need!

I have appreciated the versatility of the platform and the intuitive UI. The client reminders have been such an integral part of our business and has really reduced the amount of emailing, calling, and ultimately reducing the overall No Show percentage.

Group Practice Owner Review

As a group practice owners it's really helpful to have a platform that allows me to manage my entire practice from one place. While other EHR's offer this, Simple Practice is by far the easiest to use. There are some aspects that would be really helpful to have, hence the 4 star review. The ability to have more than 2 clients in a session (families, group therapy, etc) would be a game changer. The work arounds for this are exhausting. Organization of all documents is so…

Organization of all documents is so helpful. Great pre made templates. Only issue is that I have to purchase the most expensive plan because I am still under supervision. I wish that could be included in one of the lower cost plans

Plans

I was pretty upset about how they changed the plans and hiked the rate up really high with minimal customization. I have to pay for the highest tier in order to get the calendar sync, which is a standard thing for most other EHRs. Plus, I am paying for things I do not and will not want to use. It is just a waste.

Best platform for sole practitioners (SEE EDIT AT BOTTOM)

CONCERNING EDIT AT BOTTOM It’s not the cheapest option and there are other, better, options for any individual aspect (notes, billing, etc), but it is absolutely a lifesaver as a platform. Everything in one place makes my life so much easier that I haven’t seriously considered switching in a very long time. SimplePractice made schduleing and keeping records easier

I have found SimplePractice fairly easy to use and very helpful in managing a new, small counseling practice. It has been especially helpful in scheduling clients and keeping client records.
