A great platform overall!
The platform does *almost* everything I want it to and does it quite well. There are some non-intuitive parts (like navigating to specific docs/forms to edit them),but overall I have been very happy with my experience.

Helpful Platform
Simple Practice has been a good resource for setting up sessions with clients. Whether it is calendaring, notes or billing, everything is housed in one place.

Plans
I was pretty upset about how they changed the plans and hiked the rate up really high with minimal customization. I have to pay for the highest tier in order to get the calendar sync, which is a standard thing for most other EHRs. Plus, I am paying for things I do not and will not want to use. It is just a waste.

Organization of all documents is so…
Organization of all documents is so helpful. Great pre made templates. Only issue is that I have to purchase the most expensive plan because I am still under supervision. I wish that could be included in one of the lower cost plans

Group Practice Owner Review
As a group practice owners it's really helpful to have a platform that allows me to manage my entire practice from one place. While other EHR's offer this, Simple Practice is by far the easiest to use. There are some aspects that would be really helpful to have, hence the 4 star review. The ability to have more than 2 clients in a session (families, group therapy, etc) would be a game changer. The work arounds for this are exhausting. Adding the ability to create group files in Simple ...

Best platform for sole practitioners (SEE EDIT AT BOTTOM)
CONCERNING EDIT AT BOTTOM It’s not the cheapest option and there are other, better, options for any individual aspect (notes, billing, etc), but it is absolutely a lifesaver as a platform. Everything in one place makes my life so much easier that I haven’t seriously considered switching in a very long time. They also finally implemented 2FA so I have some joy in that, since I had been asking for it for a while. I’m very pleased with their support staff and the overall ease of use. In ...

Customizable and useful features to fit the need!
I have appreciated the versatility of the platform and the intuitive UI. The client reminders have been such an integral part of our business and has really reduced the amount of emailing, calling, and ultimately reducing the overall No Show percentage.

DO NOT RECOMMEND
Simple Practice WAS a great tool. Then they increased their rates with very little warning. Recently they also changed their policies on PHI and User Data in very concerning ways. Steer clear! They are very ambiguous about third party involvement and what they DO with data. (They will tell you what they don't do, but are unclear about the things they do, do with client and user data). They also tried to push this through in a very short time. Only when users pushed back did they give us ...
