"Love simple practice"
What do you like best about SimplePractice? It makes managing my practice quick, easy and stress free. What do you dislike about SimplePractice? Nothing! I would reccomend to anyone starting a therapy practice. What problems is SimplePractice solving and how is that benefiting you? It helps me manage appointments and billing.

What do you like best about SimplePractice? I find the UI to be very user friendly and easy to navigate for new users. I've used several EHR softwares in the past and find Simple Practice to be one of the easiest to use as well as comprehensive for my therapy practice. What do you dislike about SimplePractice? "FANTASTIC PLATFORM!"
What do you like best about SimplePractice? I love that I am able to utilize SimplePractice as a provisionally licensed LPC-A with a private practice. Everything from booking abilities, professional website, reports, case management, and accounting are provided for through this platform, and easy to use. "Simple Practice really makes things SIMPLE!"
What do you like best about SimplePractice? I like how everything is in one place! I just started my private practice and love how I can do my documentation, billing, and insurance claims all in one spot. I was scared to deal with insurance, but simple practice helps keep things organized. I enjoy the free webinars that help me learn new tips and tricks as well. More flexibility would be helpful
I appreciate all the options in simple practice but think there are additional options that would increase platform usability with the site. Specifically the ease/flexible with which SP allows you to create/store and share documents with clients, the ease with which clinicians can locate documents completed by clients, and sending clients emails through SP.

I have had repeated billing issues and…
I have had repeated billing issues and they are difficult to resolve when you can’t speak directly to a person. It has been a year and I am still trying to get things straightened out which has cost me significant time and money dues to their inability to communicate correctly with an insurance payer.

Listens to customers feedback
I think that Simple Practice does a great job at asking for feedback and listening to the feedback and making changes. I appreciate that and I can assume other clinicians do as well. I do think that it would be helpful to allow more individualized plans for smaller practices. For example, I would really utilize the appointment reminders if it was an add on or the two way calendar sync. However, I can’t afford the higher plans and do not profit enough for my solo practice to pay for that ...
