"FANTASTIC PLATFORM!"

What do you like best about SimplePractice? I love that I am able to utilize SimplePractice as a provisionally licensed LPC-A with a private practice. "Simple Practice really makes things SIMPLE!"

What do you like best about SimplePractice? I like how everything is in one place! I just started my private practice and love how I can do my documentation, billing, and insurance claims all in one spot. More flexibility would be helpful

I appreciate all the options in simple practice but think there are additional options that would increase platform usability with the site. Specifically the ease/flexible with which SP allows you to create/store and share documents with clients, the ease with which clinicians can locate documents completed by clients, and sending clients emails through SP.

I have had repeated billing issues and…

I have had repeated billing issues and they are difficult to resolve when you can’t speak directly to a person. It has been a year and I am still trying to get things straightened out which has cost me significant time and money dues to their inability to communicate correctly with an insurance payer.

Listens to customers feedback

I think that Simple Practice does a great job at asking for feedback and listening to the feedback and making changes. I appreciate that and I can assume other clinicians do as well. I do think that it would be helpful to allow more individualized plans for smaller practices. For example, I would really utilize the appointment reminders if it was an add on or the two way calendar sync. However, I can’t afford the higher plans and do not profit enough for my solo practice to pay for that ...
