Super easy for a newbie business owner!

SimplePractice made launching my own therapy business a breeze. I especially appreciated being able to customize intake paperwork to honor my LGBTQIA+ clients' identities and my pay-as-you-can payment model. Creating a website was super easy, and I never have to worry about missing a client message or scheduling request!

SimplePractice: Convenient and Affordable!

SimplePractice has been the most convenient way to organize client documentation, notes, communication and billing all in one spot! On top of that, each time I have difficulty with something or trouble navigating part of the site, their customer service is SO polite and responsive!

Overall pleased with the service

I find the platform easy to navigate and I also find it to be user-friendly. The few times I've needed to reach out for support I've received prompt, helpful feedback.

Being new to private practice

Being new to private practice, I didn't know where to start with my EMR. Simple Practice has been so easy to learn and use.

Simple Practice is easy and intuitive to use. As a solo private practice practitioner it has served my needs well. The price is somewhat high and there are some limitations to what you can do, but overall it is a good product as updates are being made regularly. I would recommend the product to others.

This is the second time I have chosen to utilize Simplepractice and there is no other EHR platform I would choose. Simplepractice is professional platform that has it all for Mental Health Therapists who are wanting to run their own practice. I am enjoying using Simple Practice because it has all of the tools that I need as a new private practice owner. I like that the video for telehealth is easy to join, and provides good visual and audio clarity during sessions. The Website builder is also a nice feature. There are a few things that make this review a 4 instead of a 5 for me at this time. For example, I wish there was a way to upload a file to send to a client while in a telehealth session through the chat feature. AIso, ...

I have found Simple Practice to be very easy for both my client and myself to use from the paperwork to the video session. No question, no problem! Paperwork completed and first session begins right on time! The reminders make it easy and save me so much time! Flawless!
