Overall pleased with the service

I find the platform easy to navigate and I also find it to be user-friendly. The few times I've needed to reach out for support I've received prompt, helpful feedback.

SimplePractice: Convenient and Affordable!

SimplePractice has been the most convenient way to organize client documentation, notes, communication and billing all in one spot! On top of that, each time I have difficulty with something or trouble navigating part of the site, their customer service is SO polite and responsive!

Simple Practice = easy, comprehensive, and streamlined

Simple Practice is easy to use and makes both the administrative and insurance-claim-processing part of my job incredibly easy. I also appreciate the document templates that are available and the ease in sharing these with my clients. Simple Practice really has been a comprehensive, one-stop-shop for me. My clients have commented on how easy it has been to complete documents as well as ease in joining sessions using the telehealth platform.

Simple Practice is easy and intuitive to use. As a solo private practice practitioner it has served my needs well. The price is somewhat high and there are some limitations to what you can do, but overall it is a good product as updates are being made regularly. I would recommend the product to others.

I am enjoying using Simple Practice because it has all of the tools that I need as a new private practice owner. I like that the video for telehealth is easy to join, and provides good visual and audio clarity during sessions. The Website builder is also a nice feature. There are a few things that make this review a 4 instead of a 5 for me at this time. For example, I wish there was a way to upload a file to send to a client while in a telehealth session through the chat feature. AIso, ...

Simplepractice makes running my practice as simple as possible - I love Simplepractice!

Simplepractice is professional platform that has it all for Mental Health Therapists who are wanting to run their own practice.
