I had no experience doing my own billing and Simple Practice has made this SO EASY for me! I cannot say how much I appreciate this. The EMR also makes it easy for clients to communicate with me and to schedule.

The right investment for modernization

This company has been very helpful in modernizing our practice. Between the ability to access registration, documentation, conduct sessions, and client billing, all without being in a central location, and by eliminating physical paperwork which needs to be stored, we have regained enough space to hire 2 new providers, one entirely telehealth. Mostly great!

In general, I love Simple Practice and can’t imagine running my practice without it. It does take some time to learn, and is somewhat expensive, though.

So far so good!

I am fairly new to the service, but so far I've found it to be pretty user friendly and customer service has been extremely accessible and helpful. It makes it easy to keep track of everything in one place - and the customizable intake forms are great. There are some limitations and I wish more features were available with the basic plan or that there was a plan in between basic and essential - or maybe a special plan for associates, but overall I am grateful for the service. Simple Practice is great!!

Simple Practice is great!!! I love that it has a telehealth platform, reminder texts and emails, secure messaging, electronic forms with automatic upload after client completes, electronic signatures, Wiley treatment planners, ability to create new forms with esignature, easy scheduling, billing and bookkeeping!!! The only thing I would critique is their options for reviewing treatment plans…absolutely needs attention ASAP!!!!!

Simple Practice is the way to go!

Simple Practice has been fantastic and definitely the most user friendly EHR I have used in my 10 years in counseling. The ease of having everything including virtual sessions all through the same platform and being able to do so much in the App are two of my favorite things about Simple Practice. The customer referral program is excellent and I think their rate for their program is incredible.

Practice software that removes the headaches!

Simple Practice makes my therapy practice easy. I get reminders about notes, reviewing treatment plans, and about billing. There are enough headaches in my practice already; I don't need a software that will cause more problems. I finally found one that will remove problems. I left Simple Practice once and came back shortly afterwards...there's nothing better that I've found.

Versatile platform but could use some updates for group practices.

Simple Practice is a versatile platform for collective health practices. It suits our needs for scheduling, charging credit cards, telehealth, and record keeping. I can create custom notes, questionnaires, assessments and treatment plans for each professional based on their needs and processes. Because of the versatility however, it's not uniquely designed for Psychotherapists in the same way as TherapyNotes. Big fan of simple practice!

Simple Practice has made it easy and seamless to open my private practice. All of the Q&A and help tools really streamlined the process of getting to know the systems and allow me to focus on my clinical work and not get lost in the documentation/paperwork side of things.

Super easy for a newbie business owner!

SimplePractice made launching my own therapy business a breeze. I especially appreciated being able to customize intake paperwork to honor my LGBTQIA+ clients' identities and my pay-as-you-can payment model. Creating a website was super easy, and I never have to worry about missing a client message or scheduling request!
