More flow within the admin work

It's much more easy to have new participants entering my practice now. When I have participants finishing their treatments, new ones can easily enter (the process with all the forms is easier now). Also the answers of questions from Simple Practice are very complete. And the client portal make it easy for clients to find back their receipts in one place. Less admin work ! I love the precision of the tools. It's more expensive than other platforms but it will save you hours of admin work ...

Simple Practice generally makes life easier. I did a lot of research on what EHR to go with prior to opening up the practice and for the most part I have been extremely happy. There have been glitches here and there, but honestly, that will happen with any electronic record.

Because there are two of us, the fanciest option met our needs the best and for the most part does everything we need it to do. Customer service, tech support, and troubleshooting assistance are top-notch. So far all of our tech problems have either been human error or an insurance issue. Easy and efficient

Simple Practice as made my small speech therapy practice run more efficiently. The intake paperwork is easy and secure. The automatic billing saves me 9 hours of doing it by myself, and my clients like paying by credit card or HSA card. The online platform is easy to use and they provide a lot of trainings to understand the software. I highly recommend!

Simple practice is easy and straightforward to use.

I am very impressed with Simple…

I am very impressed with Simple Practice. Just about everything about their system is easy to learn and intuitive. I am particularly thankful for how they can submit insurance claims and help track payments. The HIPPA compliant video platform and scheduling. calendar functions are very convenient. The only reason I don't give a 5 star review is because they make you pay extra to have their calendar sync with your personal calendar (i.e. on your iPhone or google calendar).

Simple practice has been working really well for me in my transition to solo practice. It's very user friendly and the help guides are great. I wasn't using this system before but it didn't take me long to figure out at all. I've been very happy with it and feel like the price is great for it's functionality. Enjoying it more than Theranest which I've used in the past. I would definitely recommend it to other therapists if they want something easy and affordable!
