It really is Simple to use
I have tried several other EHR and practice management platforms, and Simple Practice has consistently been the easiest to use, most intuitive to navigate for me and clients, has had the best access to training and document templates, and the easiest billing platform for me. I use this to run my private therapy practice, and nothing else I tried before was this easy and cost-effective to use.

I'd recommend it!
I’ve been using simple practice for a little over a year now and think its great! The system is relatively intuitive and allows you a lot of control and adjustment, depending on you needs. My personal favorite things are: the ability to create/change paperwork and get it to and from clients seamlessly, HIPAA compliant storage and telehealth for session, emailing and texting automatic client reminders, ease of credit card billing, ease of insurance billing, and total control over making ...

Fan of the mid-tier plan
I love Simple Practice because it truly makes managing my practice so easy. I was referred to it by a friend who also was a fan. The components I am the biggest fan of are: how nice, professional, and intuitive the client portal is and how easy it was to set up, the ease of setting up a self-scheduler, being able to list in the Monarch directory, and the quickness through which support will get back to you for any questions you have. If you’re considering it, do it.
Simple practice is very easy to use and their customer service is impeccable. I recently deleted the wrong account and they retrieved it for me immediately, on a weekend. Their response times are great! There’s a few minor things I’ve come across that could be updated, like adding multiple bank accounts, more customization for the website, more reporting ability. But they also seem to always be updating and upgrading things so sometimes it’s just a waiting game.

Simple Practice makes note taking easy.
Simple Practice has an excellent telehealth platform; taking notes is now easy due to Simple Practice; the intake and consent forms are great and easy to too. The customer service is ten stars. I gave them 4 out of 5 stars because I could use psychology today for telehealth, and there is no option for managing any other form of payment but credit card; there is no PTGI or CES-d or CAS scale or informed consent specifically for adolescents. The good news is I quickly learned how to create my own.

I like the interface of the platform. I enjoy the HIPPA compliant platform hat gives clients easy access to messaging and communication. I really enjoy the Telehealth feature and use it every day. My only struggles have been invoicing when a client needs a refund but I think some of that just may be being new to the platform.
