Don't do it . You will be sorry

Don't do it. They will not let you out even when you ask them and when the credit company has agreed that they need to stop charging you I have personally asked them over and over to take me off and they absolutely refuse.

I like the simplicity.

I have been using SimplePractice for about 5 months now. I like the simplicity of the system and a lot of tutorial videos, which makes it easy to learn how to navigate things when I have questions. I wish appointment reminders and adding some templates weren't upgraded plans only, because I think those are very basic things to have.

Templates & Tutorials

The templates - such as the intake and consent forms- really helped me get my practice started quickly and easily. I didn't have to invest a ton of time in research and was able to start booking clients right away. The best part for me is that every element of the website also has tutorials which are readily accessible to guide you through the process. I was able to look-up how to file claims with insurance and this has made all of the difference- I am confident that the claims are filed ...

I love using Simple Practice for my EHR…

I love using Simple Practice for my EHR for private clients. At this time, I provide online therapy via a platform I contract with and keep all of my forms and documentation on Simple Practice. I highly recommend this user friendly site!

SimplePractice has made my life easier.

SimplePractice has made my billing life a lot easier. It’s cut down my billing in half and help me organize all my clients and paperwork that is due for them, like treatment plans. Although I don’t use all the features, I’m glad that it is available, and that there are different tiers of plans to choose from.

I have been very pleased with SimplePractice. While it took a little getting used to after working with other EHRs, I have appreciated how many user guides there are and how helpful support staff is when I submit a help ticket. We used the website design tool to establish our practice's website (so easy!), and the client portal is very user-friendly (I've heard from client's who have used other portals in the past that they like this one much better).
