Overall happy, Customer Service process improvement
Overall, I've been very pleased with SimplePractice as a practice management system. I love how comprehensive the service is, being able to document notes, manage my client schedule, and track my billing/income all in one place. I was nervous to learn a new system on my own (I'm a solo practitioner) but the Customer Service team has always been super supportive and willing to answer my sometimes uniquely specific questions. Sometimes not as simple
I am really frustrated with a lot of the features. There are some awesome ones, but, for example I can not just send a pre-made form to be signed by my clients. I have a lot of ROIS and I have to do all this clicking around... takes me about 10 minutes just to do an electronic one. Also you can not turn off reminders on old treatment plans so I am getting reminders on plans that I have already updated. The team is hard to get ahold of...

Highly recommend!
Simple Practice was recommended to me a year ago when I started my private practice. It was so easy to learn how to use and came with built in templates which make writing my notes a breeze. I can use the search tool to answer any questions I have quickly not to mention the analytics they summarize for my practice helps me understand the business side of my work.

I only recently launched my private practice...
I only recently launched my private practice. I am the sole proprietor and the prospect of setting up an electronic records system, webpage, and billing was daunting to say the least. SimplePractice made setting all of those aspects of my clinic up very easy and affordable. Their customer support has been excellent all along the way too.

Newby to private practice...SP for the WIN!
I decided to open up a private practice after being a part of several different types of organizations for years. I have used several different EHRs in the past however, was not really satisfied with what they offered (or rather how the organizations chose to use them). Overall its going well.
At this time I'm just using Simple Practice to keep my notes in one place for all the clients I see. I would like to learn more about how to bill clients privately. I'm sort of surprised that I haven't received more information from Simple Practice on how this works.

Love that it's an all-in-one platform…
Love that it's an all-in-one platform for all of our group practice needs. Wish there was better functionality with reporting and calendars for group therapy. Most of our needs are met with SP!

Very user-friendly
When starting my private practice, I researched a few different EHRs and liked Simple Practice the most for its user-friendly interface and telehealth capabilities. There are tons of features that are customizable - it can be a bit overwhelming at first when setting up but you can pick and choose what works best for you and your business. There are also plenty of tutorials with detailed steps to help you out if you start feeling lost.

Overall Experience
Any time I have had a question it has been answered quickly and the explanations are very helpful. It took a bit to learn how to navigate everything, but overall it's been a positive experience and it has been an easy platform for clients to navigate as well.
