Simple Practice is really intuitive and…
Simple Practice is really intuitive and easy to use. I appreciate how simple it really is, so figuring out software didn't have to be an extra thing to learn in starting a private practice. I also like how it easy it has been to switch between pricing plans while I've been figuring out which features I need and can afford.

I think it is very user friendly and the support from the Simple Practice team is tremendous. My clients think it is also very simple to use. I like how I can upload additional documentation as well which helps with maintaining practice organization.

I enjoy using Simple Practice
I enjoy using Simple Practice! The telehealth links are so convenient and the automatic appointment reminder save me time. I bill insurance through a different platform so it took me a while to understand how to be able to still make notes, adjust the payments, or make credit and apply it when they paid a different way from the platform. I feel like I have to add information (exact time, location, etc) when putting in my notes for them to be compliant for insurance billing. Now that I’ve ...

Intuitive
I am completely new to the private practice world and Simple Practice has lived up to its name. It was simple and intuitive to bring together all the components I needed to get my practice up and running. There are several Tutorials for what wasn’t intuitive. My four stars would change to five if there was the first tier payment option either the ability to add on a website. I use the medium tier for the website, but do not need any of the extra features.

Simple practice is simply the best
Simple practice is simply the best I tried multiple EHR companies through free trials prior to selecting simple practice and like SP the most. I chose simple practice because of the easy to navigate interface, variety of features necessary for my practice, and decent pricing.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND
The platform is SOOOO user friendly, comprehensive, NEVER any problems with it which is a huge relief. Having to spend any time whatsoever dealing with technical problems would be a big problem for me. The integrated accounting program seamlessly incorporates pre-filled, client CMS forms so insurance billing is easy, and for private pay clients, credit cards are automatically charged after midnight which allows time to make corrections should there be any. SimplePractice has been fairly easy to use and figure out. Admittedly, I had some issues in the beginning getting acclimated, but the support I received helped with that. With the cost of business rising everywhere, I wish the price for adding certain features and other employees were a bit more forgiving. And I would love to see more marketing dollars go toward SEO and ads for the website and directory that comes with an account with SimplePractice. Otherwise, I have everything I need to ...

Room to grow
I like the paperless aspect, and it's great for Individuals, but it's really challenging with families. And sending the same person more than one copy of forms can be time consuming as well.

This is a trash company with an over priced product with bugs, poor workflow, support is atrocious, there is hidden fees and the worst part is once you start using it they don’t make it easy to switch to another platform. Don’t get involved with them you’ll be dodging a bullet.

I like that I can manage everything through one portal, from client paperwork to billing private pay and insurance claims. I was worried about the video platform after reading some reviews but the only times I’ve had problems is when my clients have had spotty Wi-Fi; surprisingly the video works very well.
