Still getting to know all the features

Still getting to know all the features. So far it has helped our Company. We would love to be able to search for clients by more than just name. If we could search by: Location, age, or insurance type it would save a lot of time when trying to send information to billing changes (by insurance), create groups based on age or location etc.

Essential Program for Private Psychotherapy Practice

Easy to use

Ease in use of software made the process of starting the out-of-pocket side of my practice smoother. The only issue I had was the time needed to start things up and get things finalized, and realizing that I needed different package access to get the most out of my use of SimplePractice. But that's with any initiation of something: you have to spend time to have time, and to make an income, you have to spend money first.

Simple Practice is user friendly

Like that client automatically get links for virtual appointments, easy to navigate system for users/user friendly, easily store documentation associated with clients, "load last note" function makes documentation easy. The only down side is sometimes the video quality isn't wonderful- but that could be user error.

Finally a system that truly makes paperwork simple

When I started my private practice I was with a different company for billing and paperwork. It did not have all the options my clients and business needed. I researched different programs and landed on Simple Practice. It has a feature for all the things my business needs. My clients all report that it is easy to use on their end as well. When I have had questions or concerns they have been answered promptly. I am thrilled to have the least favorite part of my job easier to do.

Using SimplePractice is invaluable for professionals working in mental health

SimplePractice has made life as a therapist much easier, especially in regard to scheduling and billing practices. I probably save a good 2-3 hours a week on these tasks using SimplePractice versus previously handling them manually. I can't recommend this service enough! It's invaluable as a mental health professional

I used Simple Practice at my former…

I used Simple Practice at my former company. When I went solo, my former office liaison talked me in to using you guys versus the other company I was leaning towards. She convinced me that you were more seamless and reliable than the other company and I figured she knew! I am looking forward to being able to read everything and familiarize myself with the bells and whistles (after I graduate this weekend).
