Solid System for Therapists

I was a systems analyst in my previous career so I'm a bit critical when it comes to systems, but SimplePractice has been a helpful tool for me and I've recommended it to many therapists. One of the best features is the client portal. I appreciate how easy it is to customize the forms and send them out to clients. It is simple to automate the billing, appointment reminders, and super bills. Writing notes and creating treatment plans are streamlined. System is user friendly and I haven't had ...

Still a newbie

I am new to Simple Practice and have been using it for less than 6 months. As a solo clinician it is awesome. It does all of the back end for me so I can be more of a therapist then a business owner.

Simple Practice for Therapists

Simple Practice has made managing my private practice easy! Clients also appreciate the clinical portal access and how easy it is to fill out intake paperwork. Great templates that you can edit to make starting with a new client seamless. Built in billing and an easy to manage calendar, amongst other helpful features. This platform is aesthetically pleasing for both myself as well as my clients. I highly recommend using this EHR system for your business if you're in the mental health care field!

Overall I think Simplepractice is a great site. They are open to feedback and always working to make their platform better and more comprehensive. They have a wealth of resources for learning how to use the platform including the ability to talk one on one with someone which I really appreciate.
