Ease of use

Ease of use, Q&A links to answers & video tutorials. Ease of use for clients to interact with the Client Portal. Only change desired is the ability to move items within sections in custom templates. When adding new items, they can't be moved from the end of section.

Good customer service

Good customer service. Big bummer to see that you guys have fallen onto the woken propaganda instead of staying neutral and focusing on providing good service.

Most things are very straight forward

Most things are very straight forward, and billing insurance companies from the platform instead of an external clearing house has made seeing clients a lot easier. However, it does seem that a user requests that have been posted multiple times to the "Ideas and Suggestions" boards aren't taken seriously and/or have yet to be implemented after years of requesting.

SP is easy to use

SP is easy to use, fairly instinctual and flows well. The forms are easy to use and appropriate to my needs. I wish there was a way to actually call with question but there are thousands of articles that will walk you through whatever you need to know.

Good, but could be better

SimplePractice is definitely the best platform out there for providers note taking in my personal opinion! It's easy to navigate and I really like how you can customize your notes and make it alot more efficient of a process! There are some things that I feel would make it better -- Like being able to use the telehealth video portal without having to have an appointment created in your calendar because I use other virtual counseling platforms (i.e., Headway, Octave, etc.) and don't need the ...

Confident One Man Show

As a solo practitioner, Simple Practice has made me a confident clinician who can wear less hats but still fully trust that things will be taken care of on the operational side of things. From intake to evaluation, treatment and data collection/storage, I am satisfied with the seamless and efficient process. Billing and invoicing is made simple with the automated process. I have really enjoyed using Simple Practice - especially the helpful videos for using different elements of the software. Whenever I have questions, the customer service people always have an answer. It makes my life so much easier.

I am just getting started with SimplePractice and not fully set up yet, but so far I love it! The more I set up, the more it seems intuitive. Simple Practice is amazing

Simple Practice is amazing. It makes billing easy. You can ask any question and get the answer you are looking for. Super easy! The videos explain everything so well. When I first opened my private practice, simple practice really made the paperwork “simple.” I highly recommend it!
