Excellent Customer Service
So far, so good. I think simple practice has excellent customer service and I love that I am not bombarded with unnecessary emails but very helpful, in my option, emails.

Satisfies my needs for private practice
I have enjoyed utilizing Simple Practice for all my private practice needs especially in the last year as they have refined the program to be more user friendly. I can do all my notes, hold telehealth sessions, do billing all in one platform. I love using the Wisely treatment plan option. It needs some minor improvements such as making it easier to set up groups in the program or giving more options for telehealth locations from the appointment section (10, 02) for example but I trust they ...

Simple Practice
I started using Simple Practice while opening my private practice in January of this year. I anticipated that I would run into some challenges starting with it as my new electronic record but that has not been the case at all! I have had a positive experience creating notes, working with the scheduling capabilities and even billing insurance has been a breeze. The program does everything I have needed and I am quite pleased with it.

Great features!
I've been using Simple Practice for 3 years. First at a group practice, and now at my solo private practice. I really enjoy the documentation features: I can create my own progress note templates and load previous notes and treatment plans as I fill out my notes. This leads to more thorough and accurate notes! The Wiley treatment planning feature and google calendar sync are game-changers for me!

I have truly enjoyed and recommend SimplePractice
I have truly enjoyed SimplePractice and recommend to colleagues. Using SimplePractice has enabled me to start and grow my private practice from the ground up. I have used other EHRs in the past, but SimplePractice helps me feel like I am operating in 2023 - not the 1990's. I'm able to serve my clients and get everything done (and more) that I need. Overall Happy but Improvements Possible
Overall, this company does so many things well, but running groups as a therapist is an important part of my practice and SimplePractice does not have a system that supports groups efficiently. I love the note templates, the ease of payment, and the client portal feature. I also wish the credit card fees weren't so high.

I do like many of the features of…
I do like many of the features of simple practice but I do not believe the cost outweighs the challenges I have had. The video integration is subpar, I often disconnect or freeze on calls and have to move over to my HIPAA zoom account which is just so much better. The prices went up substantially and I do not believe the services justify the cost. The lack of a waiting room is also a huge downside and one I don't see how SimplePractice can justify. I’m new to SimplePractice
I’m new to SimplePractice, so learning how to navigate my way through the program has been challenging for me. I am a person that is not very savvy with computer programs. However, each time I call customer service, I am able to speak to a very helpful person. They are kind, patient and it’s important to them that I understand what I am doing and I am happy with my service. I’m glad that I have SimplePractice!

A good experience with great customer service!
Overall I have been really pleased with Simple Practice. The documentation is all in one place, billing is simple, and my calendar is easy to manage. I would say the weakest part for me is that it was a little tricky figuring out how to import form templates that weren't already available. And I have had occasional other confusions of a similar nature.
