Customizable!!

I appreciate how customizable this platform is - as a solo practitioner I can truly make it my own and establish a workflow that works best for me as a part-time clinician! It's a great all-in-one platform. No regrets!

Being a new private practice therapist

Being a new private practice therapist, it was difficult to know how to navigate a lot of things. SimplePractice made the process so easy! Everything from scheduling, note taking templates, and payments, was a very easy process. The support page is also a great resource to get help when I need.

Good but don't like the increase in pay

It generally is easy to use and reliable. I have some clients who have issues with their ability to be seen, and realized many weeks/months later it is because they use Safari which is not a good browser. I wish I would have known earlier to have addressed this issue. I enjoy Simple Practice but not happy with the increased rate and also the increase in rate with stripe

SimplePractice is very user friendly- and when things get tricky they are very responsive in customer service. It took a couple tries to have the representative understand what my question was, but they kept circling back to make sure I was satisfied. My only complaint would be the first few responses from the representatives seemed SUPER scripted and basically just copy-paste from FAQ on the website.

The Better Option

I am a psychologist in private practice. I began my practice with a different EMR/EHR designed by/for psychiatrists & therapists, and I found it to be less customizable than I had hoped, and I found it to have unresponsive customer service. After then trialing several other EMR/EHRs, I settled on Simple Practice, and I have been very pleased. True to its name

Simple Practice is a wonderful resource for every aspect of my work! I've been using it since opening my private practice in August 2022 and love it. It's true to its name and incredibly simple to use. Having everything all in one place makes things easy for my clients and allows me to stay organized without stress. I also really like the CE courses offered on Simple Practice learning.
