Simple Practice has everything all in one place! Which as a new practice owner has been so, so helpful. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that I am still quite new to the platform and find the learning tutorials and guides a little bit confusing however think with more practice I'll be able to more easily navigate this.

Simple Practice has been helpful as I am navigating the start of my private practice. There are different tiers in subscriptions that allow you individualize your specific needs at your practice. The website is user friendly, however I found that the mobile application is not quite as easy to use and has limited resources so I deleted it.

Comprehensive practice management

SimplePractice has made it possible for me to thrive in solo private practice. The software allows me to integrate all of my needs in one place, from record keeping, bookkeeping, billing, scheduling and insurance. The client-facing interface is easy and helpful for my clients to use. I'd highly recommend it to private practice mental health professionals.

Wonderful system!!

This system is great!! From being able to take pictures of your notes, to income bookkeeping, many different note templates and it’s not only for therapist or mental health professionals. Starting off my private practice by myself this has been a life changer for me and not time consuming at all!!

I do wish that emails with customer service were a bit smoother/it was easy to navigate the email threads with customer support. They are very quick to respond though!

I love Simple Practice. It's very user friendly, it has an abundance of tutorials, and the features meet my needs. My only critiques are (1) the basic package doesn't offer Google Calendar integration (2) the virtual backgrounds in video therapy calls is distracting (pixelated and does not consistently frame the person). It's the best software I've found.
