It is simple to use and includes Wiley Treatment Plans. It is also constantly making upgrades to better help us be effective in the work we do.

I appreciate the user friendly features…
I appreciate the user friendly features that simple practice offers and the support available whenever I do need help with more advanced functions. I don’t have all of the options I’d like for note templates with the basic plan, but I know I can upgrade at any time and gain access to these and other billing features that may be necessary as I continue to build out my practice. Simple Practice has been beneficial in streamlining processes
Simple Practice has been beneficial in streamlining our processes from billing to scheduling. The automated payment option has increased our revenue and reduced our staff's time collecting fees. Simple Practice is easy to use and intuitive. We use it in a group practice with 20+ employees, and overall our team has been very satisfied.

We are knew to Simple Practice and…
We are knew to Simple Practice and their tech support has been very helpful hand holding us through some of the menu items. Their Knowledge base and easy support access made it easy for us to get our business up and running as quickly as possible. Simple Practice is very simple to use and our old EMR was very complicated. So this was a good switch for us.

A Great Investment in My Practice
I've used Simplepractice for the past 9 years and have found it to be an invaluable resource for my practice. Its integrated features really help to stay organized. Updated features have come along on a regular basis, making the the software more dynamic as well as user friendly. I would highly recommend this practice management system to any clinician who is interested in running their practice more effectively and efficiently.

New to Private Practice and SimplePractice
I am new to private practice, after having spent decades in larger healthcare systems. I ultimately went with SimplePractice as it seemed well equipped to handle a multi-disciplinary team. The process has been manageable and streamlined. There have certainly been some bumps, but I have always been able to find the answer to my questions pretty quickly. Truly Simple and Convenient!
I started my own practice and have been with Simple Practice for over a year. The services have been EXCELLENT and keeps getting better. They frequently add features that improve the platform. I love that it is an all-in-one platform where everything is simple and convenient for me and my clients. Everything this far has been seamless. 5 Stars, Hands Down
It is extremely rare that I give 5 stars but this one was undeniable. Simple practice honestly could not make running a practice more feasible. Having features included that I didn't even know I needed has been a game changer and led to much more efficient use of my time. The one on one support call that is offered a few weeks after familiarizing yourself with the platform was perfectly timed and the tech was so personable. Simple practice has a lot of great features - I appreciate the ability to utilize automatic credit card services for clients and the range of templates available to utilize for services. There are certain aspects of the platform that are not intuitive and can be clunky; specifically, submitting a service request is not intuitive. The billing features are also temperamental if you want to modify a person's charge (e.g., offering a sliding scale rate). The telehealth platform doesn't work ...
