Simple Practice has streamlined my practice

Simple Practice has streamlined my practice and saved me hours of time every week. I love the amount of automated access my clients have to me without my intervention. And being able to create templates that perfectly fit my practice needs lets me really cater to my population.

Great platform for solo private practice.

I have been using Simple Practice since my transition to full-time private practice last year, and it has been key in helping me manage everything related to telehealth, scheduling, documentation, and billing. I appreciate the intuitive and user-friendly features for both myself and my clients.

Simple Practice is simple and easy to use!

Simple Practice is simple and easy to use! Whenever I have a question, I am able to easily access the information I need online without ever needing to call into customer support (which is a total bonus for me!).

Pros and cons

Pros: I like how the documenting templates look (how clean it looks) and how easy it is to modify it. It is easy to add new patients and send them information through the patient portal. Help desk was quick (even got back to me over the weekend) and actually helpful. Cons: I realize most of the users are in psych field and as a PT, that is a bummer because there are not many templates for documenting and I had to create my own. I have been using SimplePractice for about 3 months now. I've found the program to be fairly easy to use, and there are good online tutorials. I had tested several other programs before going with SimplePractice. It has all the features I need in one platform for a smooth and professional client experience - online intake forms, secure video chat with whiteboard and annotation ability, easy scheduling and appointment reminders, HIPAA-compliant credit card processing. I love the reminders

I love the reminders! It helps my clients remember when they have sessions, they can log on easily and unless there is internet interference, all goes well! I appreciate the reminders to put in my notes! I like the flexibility of standard forms as a guide and the importance of making them for your own state/practice laws. It has been a breeze working with Simple Practice and I trust if I have any issues, support will be provided with ease.

Simple Practice + Private Practice = Win/Win

Simple Practice has made the transition to having a private practice much smoother than it would have been otherwise. I appreciate the ease of invoicing and filing insurance claims. The automated reminders and ability for clients to reschedule through the system has saved me time. Everything I need for Private Practice in one place

I decided to use Simple Practice when I started my private practice because it includes all the tools I need to manage my business. I use the SP telehealth platform along with their EHR, billing, and scheduling that are included. I have had no problems with their telehealth and am impressed with the overall navigation of their platform.
