I looked long and hard for a practice management system that would suit my needs. By and large, I found everything I tried to be cumbersome and complicated. SimplePractice, by contrast, is simple, intuitive, and user-friendly. In addition, the customer service is consistently quick, pleasant, and helpful. Simple, streamlined system with great customer service

I have been using Simple Practice for just over 1 month and it has transformed my private therapy practice. It is simple to use and is getting better every day. I appreciate how simple it is to enter and edit information. The customer service is excellent. They provide initial training and ongoing support. Their customer service team is responsive and has made dealing with problems easy and hassle free. I would recommend this system to anyone in private practice.

A great, affordable system for the solo practitioner

I have a small, fledgling solo private practice. I really like using Simple Practice because it truly is simple. It does not have as many features as some other therapy record keeping programs, but I see that as a positive. It does not force me to use any structured note formats, and does not have a bunch of options for the staff or other therapists that I do not employ.
