I have really enjoyed my experience with Simple Practice so far. When starting my private practice last year, I was looking for something to make my documentation and billing as easy as possible. As a new private practice therapist, I love using Simple Practice. I love the calendar and how I can click on the client's name and start the video session from there. A great, seamless EHR experience

I have loved using simplepractice for my business. Everything is well organized, clearly explained, visually pleasing, and seamless in terms of billing and documentation. The updates are also great as they truly listen to user feedback and apply it over time! I have used several EHRs over the years and SimplePractice is by far the best I’ve encountered. I would recommend it to anyone looking to build their practice!

Pros and cons

Pros: I like how the documenting templates look (how clean it looks) and how easy it is to modify it. It is easy to add new patients and send them information through the patient portal. Help desk was quick (even got back to me over the weekend) and actually helpful. Cons: I realize most of the users are in psych field and as a PT, that is a bummer because there are not many templates for documenting and I had to create my own.
