I have had a great experience with…getting assistance with questions.

I have had a great experience with SimplePractice. I am a new user and needed plenty of guidance. Using live video calls, online chat, email or even the many video explanations that are listed, it was easy for me to figure out how to navigate the site. A lot of it is trial and error, but when I needed guidance, there was plenty of avenues to get assistance from. I love being able to amend and create my own forms.

As someone completely new to using an EHR and definitely not super tech savvy, I have appreciated the support offered by staff at Simple Practice every time I've had a question. They have been prompt, follow up frequently, and kind and understanding when explaining things, even when I have many follow up questions. The customer service is really excellent! I've received answers and guidance right away when I've had a question, and the team always follows up to make sure my issue was resolved. The platform is really easy to use, and forms are really simple to customize.

Simple Practice is so easy to navigate.

Simple Practice is so easy to navigate. The platform is very complete, you'll find everything in one place, it includes online support, videos to learn how to navigate and understand how to use each category included in the program. As a new LPC-A, I just love it, it makes me feel I am not alone in the learning process. Thank You!

Good for a single professional with a small client caseload

SimplePractice is an affordable way to keep HiPAA compliant records for my small counseling business. As a single counselor, I did not need all of the extra bells and whistles, but I did need something straightforward to keep things organized. I am able to set my appointments, fill out client notes and keep records of payments and other information. The program is very user-friendly and was easy for me to get started right away. Extremely User Friendly for Therapists

Simple Practice is extremely user-friendly, and it is convenient and efficient for my business, to have the main aspects of my business housed all in one easy-to-use place. Professional, simple information and schedule synchronization

I love how information and scheduling is so cleanly and efficiently synchronized on Simple Practice, and that there are varying levels of integration one can choose including a public profile for scheduling. The widget from my personal site to my schedule is effective and makes it more likely that clients will schedule themselves.
