So far my experience has been a positive one.

So far my experience has been successful. Being able to submit claims on line has been fairly easy and getting the account set up was also streamlined by the numerous tutorials. The only thing I would like to see is a more convenient access to the treatment plan for review.

Easy to Use, Great Platform

I moved to SimplePractice from a previous therapy platform and have been really impressed by how easy to use it has been. I can keep up with notes, scheduling, billing, and reminders all in one place. It has definitely taken a lot of my administrative load.

SimplePractice has been an excellent EHR system for me as I started my private practice. It’s a good quality system with an abundant number of resources. The forms and questionnaires available on the platform have been very helpful. I am grateful for the help center’s timely responses to my questions.

Using Simple Practice since 2015

I have been using Simple Practice since 2015. I am so glad I started with them when my own practice was just beginning. It helped me get organized and understand what I needed to do. Now, years later, it still works so well for me. Anywhere I go, I can sign on for my schedule, see a clients history, or do an appointment online. Without Simple Practice I would have never been able to be as organized and on top of things.

Newbie who switched to Simple Practice and thrilled with results

Simple Practice has completely delivered on all my needs as a new private practice owner. I started with another EHR system and found it difficult to learn. Simple Practice was intuitive and their support base helpful. I was concerned that support was web-based rather than by phone but I've had my questions answered quickly and thoroughly via email. Helpful System!

I would say my favorite aspect of SimplePractice is the seamless automatic billing process. I also love how easy it is to make & send superbills. I wish there was a better feature for when I run support groups (I have to put individual appointment blocks for each participant).
