I emailed the support team to cancel my membership on December 2023, lo and behold I am still being charged up until March 2024. My mistake was not checking my account for them continually charging me after I stated I wanted to cancel my membership. But it is negligence and quite frankly a massive distrust in customer service. Do yourself a favor and host your website on a platform which their customer service will be responsive on, and avoid this company.

not what it seemed
I really was very excited about this product, Daniel (the owner) seemed very servicial and helpful. That was at first, things started going south very quickly and i found out his product is not useful and full of bugs, support is always "away" and even when he does reply quickly no problems were solved, he offered a refund but all i wanted is his product does as advertised. I regret this experience I just wait for the next billing to migrate elsewhere.
