Garbage, scammy Indian app. Should have seen it coming from a mile away. Don't waste your time with this piece of garbage, it is absolutely useless. If you're performing benchmarking for your business/organization, the database won't have the information you're looking for.

EDIT: Although it took a couple of days of trying to reach Customer Support, the Similar Web team were great at helping discontinue my account and provided me with a full refund on the charged amounts. PROS: The user interface is clear and easy to understand. In there, we can see a thorough analysis of how our company is doing and how our competitors are faring.

I have no words, as this type of operation surely should not be legal. I signed up to the 'free' trial to have a play around on the platform before potentially recommending it to the business I work for. They use misleading advertising

Just to clarify - SimilarWeb uses a solicitation process through misleading advertising to gain your details first --- before disclosing that not only is it a trial but you MUST supply your credit card details and you MUST opt out otherwise they will charge you at the end of the trial. We were unable to find the selected Google Analytics property associated with the selected website. Please ensure to select only a property that exists on the selected website. absolutey waste of time, you do not get a price without a timewasting call where they try to sell you things you do not want to buy. even if you ask thousands of times in a chat, you never get an answer - no clue how they are able to make money if they never call their price when getting asked
