Scammers who charge your free trial early and don't respond. BEWARE

As the title states, Similarweb is a very scammy website. They charged me a day early before my free trial ended and I spent over a week trying to contact customer support and got no responses at all. I had to open a chargeback case against them with my bank because they wouldn't respond. The platform itself shows very vague data on website traffic and had no use to me. Please beware of using this site. I believe most of the positive reviews are fake.
