PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Great, easy to use tool that helped us uncover our ideal product market fit, and find new clients that we did not know were out there. What aspects are problematic or could work better? Nothing really - they were pretty responsive, and when we had bugs or the data looked to not be 100% accurate, they actually took the time to work on improving the data.
