Excellent software and great support
We have operational and financial benefits form the use of this software . We are able to service the NY, NJ, PA and CT service area with faster service and less people. I like the fact that the data is stored for over 1 year. This makes our Risk Management department confident in our ability to respond to issues.

Overall good app
What do you like best? I like how I can manage many buses at once. We have 10 buses for our school and it's easy to use so parents and school staff can track the bus. What do you dislike? It's not always accurate. It can very frustrating when relied upon but it's totally a few minutes off What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Difficult
What do you like best? I am able to track out trucks at all times. I can see where they are, have went and are heading and when the truck is running,stopped, idiling ext. What do you dislike? It doesn't give very accurate ETA's, it will say 10 min from the last stop when its really about an hour and the circumfrance makes it show that we have made deliverys we haven't just from the truck passing by that location What business problems are you solving with the product?
