Simple to use and cost-effective software

PROS: Quite straight forward to use and prompts for the recipient seem user-friendly CONS: Can be confusing when more than one document is being sent - there is an option to edit the email for each document and it is not clear if each one should be edited to match the document or if the first email will be sent alongside each document.

Great product, it’s very useful for me as an accountant.

PROS: Very easy to use, and more affordable than options like DocuSign. I like that it has options for data security, which is important in the tax world. CONS: It can be difficult to predict size/placement of the dates/signatures/text. The box that you add to the documents doesn't really align perfectly with how the text ultimately appears.

Excellent way of getting proposals signed

PROS: It's easy to upload a proposal or estimate and overlay the signature boxes. I especially like the signature panel UX. They have a delay when using the mouse, which gives a smoother signature. CONS: Not really, I'm not a fan of the border shadow style, but this is nit picking. It's a great system we use monthly.

Eased the Process & Made Compliances Better

PROS: The quick upload and click to mark the position bit is really handy. We keep sending agreements, NDAs and offer letters every other day and hence keeping a track of who signed and sent the document back is a huge pain. With Signrequest though- the PDF comes on its own- the reminder goes out too and it really saves a lot of follow up time for us.

Solved our problem!

PROS: Easy to set up. Easy to sent. Notified when the signature has been reveived. CONS: No problems at the moment.

Easy to use

PROS: Very straightforward. Used it with my previous contract role. I even never see the actual people in that company. Did everything online with it. CONS: I think it would be great to have a better user interface (I mean the web design of the website), it may bring a better experience. For me, it is ok to have it this way. Solid performer for electronic documentation

PROS: Mostly straightforward to use, the workflow is simple and effective. It's a solid document management tool, and I've used it successfully creating, maintaining and distributing contracts and agreements for my business. CONS: Recent changes to the interface made it more difficult to create and distribute signature documents. I would like to see them more streamlined and easy to use. Affordable Document Signing

PROS: Storing documents for repeated sending and an affordable price for a small business. CONS: It would be great if it were possible to copy and paste an exact size box of text and it would auto align and center with other ones on that page. Or at least have the option to do that.

Amazing Application

PROS: I love how simple and easy SignRequest is to use. Amazing functions and features. CONS: I don't notice any problematic elements, honestly. I love it!
