Horrific contract terms - RUN!

Horrific contract terms. Don't trust them or the service. The service doesn't actually drive reviews to yelp, only to their internal review site - not public and doesn't help. They'll lock you in and keep billing even when they're not providing any services. Effectively a SCAM.

If you don't like it - no refunds

We really didn't need this but we tried it for a year. But all they do is send emails constantly to customers for feedback. Almost everyone unsubscribed. I wanted to stop and get a refund after a year but they said everything is already set up done and paid for, so no refunds. We have a less than 4 star review through signpost customer email subscriptions and they said that is still helping get to get more customers! We already have high rating on our internally driven customer feedback ...

What do you like best? The software manages our customer data base without a large burden on our staff, also increased our reputation online What do you dislike?
