Easy transition to SignNow
It has helped us transition from another company with the help of SignNow customer service. Also very affordable. Kaylyn Blum is amazing, she made sure we were all set and was there for any needs we had.

lesser expensive than DocuSign
Have been in a trial for the past few weeks. Pretty easy to navigate and use. Had been using Docusign for many years with no issues but pricing was getting outrageous so was looking for lesser expensive alternative and so far good. They have chat support which has been very prompt and helpful. Some of our templates are a little more challenging on mobile.

Time Saver
SignNow has been a time saver for me. I do not have to print out forms now, sign and rescan. This has been a great tool.

Bad product and customer support
The emails go to other or junk. In addition the leasing companies I use will not accept it. When I asked for a refund I was refused since I was after 30 days. I had 9 months to go. Really bad customer support.

"Easy to use at any technical level"
What do you like best about airSlate SignNow? The ability to set up templates has saved me and my team so much time. Instead of starting from scratch each time we need to send a new document, we are able to utilize the templates we've created to quickly and efficiently get documents out the door for signature.
