We (I) have been using signNow for a month or so and LOVE it! We used to use a different platform that was way more expensive . . . so very glad we made the switch! Easy to use, customer support is very helpful, AND we are saving a lot of money!!!

When upgrading versions, make sure to have a team of clients who give you feedback instead of depending on an internal group only. A Beta test would be great.
The mobile version was great until you guys made changes to it about 1-2 years ago. It is much harder to use overall. Also, I've had trouble to load up mutliple page documents at once that I did not have issues before.

My digital signature tool of choice is SignNow
I used hellosign for years (now owned by dropbox). When I outgrew it I evaluated a bunch of these tools and this product is much better in terms of cost and functionality than all the other ones I've seen. Its been great using it, still getting fully acclimated but it does everything I need and more so far.

I like the function where it can edit the document and straight send to client. Hope to see more feature in future like merge sign documents.
