Couldn't get a simple product answer
I was a prospective customer looking for a new e-signature platform and had a question about which pricing tier included a feature I was looking for. Unfortunately, the chat rep required me to book a sales call and didn't give me the option of turning it down until after I booked. I asked for a more timely information outside of a call given that I wanted to make a sooner purchasing decision. Trying to sign up for a paid subscription was painful. Customer service does not exist but all is well. Got it to work and so that is all that matters for now.
