Terrible Customer Service/Policies- Glitchy Service
If I could zero stars I would. Terrible customer service, glitchy output with documents missing characters and signatures so tiny you can barely see them. I have had bad time with this service ever since I was lured in by the lower price than other e-sign services. I used and loved Docusign for many years but tried this due to the lower price and find that you get what you pay for. Seven happy years and counting…
I have been using SignNow for seven years and I have been really happy with it. It works great both on my desktop and iPhone. It is simple to receive a document, upload it from mail, into the app, sign it, and send it right back in under a minute.
