"Lower Price Than Competition, but Unreliable"

What do you like best about airSlate SignNow? We looked at several products before choosing SignNow and did so mostly based on price. They had the features we were looking for and were much cheaper than DocuSign, Adobe, and other e-signature applications we looked at. The workflow/routing functionality is really beneficial, especially if you don't have another solution at your organization that can manage workflows. What do you dislike about airSlate SignNow? SignNow is not nearly as ...

"only option for us, but very buggy"

What do you like best about airSlate SignNow? We needed a software that would allow for self-population. The purpose of Sign Now in our company is to create an online application for our staffing company. Because each page has the same information on it (Name, social, signature, date, etc) we didnt' want our employees to have to fill out the same info every single time. Sign Now accommodates that. When I label the field as "name" and then later make another field and label that one as ...

"Most frequently used software we use"

What do you like best about airSlate SignNow? SignNow integrates flawlessly with my PC and iPhone. It has been incredibly easy to use. The developers did a great job thinking about the end user and functionality. What do you dislike about airSlate SignNow? The only complaint I had was it was difficult contacting customer support. That has changed and I have a dedicated rep now to assist if we have a question. Recommendations to others considering airSlate SignNow: Test drive the software ...

It is easy to search for a document

PROS: It provides a friendly but professional look when using it. As a freelancer, I have to wear a professional hat to my clients on the projects that I undertake for them. In most cases, they do not take me seriously as I am a freelancer. However, with SignNow, I can now show up and get the respect I deserve as a professional. It allows me to draft and edit contracts with this software the way I want depending on the nature of the project or client. When I send such a contract via SignNow ...

Customer support responds very slowly and works very strange. They don't respond for few days and then fixed the error that was. However, it seems to me now they are fixing this problem because the support service ...
