Generally helpful
Generally, it can be a helpful tool if used carefully and everyone is on board with it. Have to be careful in setting it up because it can't be edited after created. Had some issues recently because a file wasn't set up correctly and I wasn't made aware of this until several people had already signed, so now I need to start over or go another route.
