Good but it can be even better. Missing feature.
It is great and I like it but there is a feature I really miss from the beginning: to be able to add subfolders into the 'Templates' folder. What I want is to archive all the different document templates we have in our company with the folders structure we keep in our server. I love it, is affordable. The only thing I wish it had is the ability to save contacts, so you don't have to remember everyone's emails to add them as signers.

Why can't I modify my from e-mail…
Why can't I modify my from e-mail address or "Email Name Header"? I have emailed support, called support and received no answer. When my clients get my documents the email looks like SPAM to them. I want my company’s name to appear as the from in the email! This is still not acceptable. NO! Not at all! An email display header of: myemail at mydomain . com via SignNow mail at signnow . com It looks like crap to the Signer and looks like spam. I understand that the from will be mail at ...

great system and excellent price
great system and excellent price. I wish mobile signatures didn't require downloading the app, but other than that I'm very happy. I stopped printing actual paper for clients to sign, even if we're meeting face to face. And getting signatures now vs waiting for them to sign and scan back has made turn around time 90% faster.
