We have had several customers indicate…
We have had several customers indicate they think they have completed the signatures, but it doesn't show complete. We previously used DocuSign, but it became too expensive with the volume of documents we send out, so we switched due to the cost. We are missing some of the ease of use of DocuSign though and it seems to be more intuitive for the customer.

It is easy to use. Easy to track since it has been update/upgrade, old version is much better than current version but it is still good app
