When I first signed up for SignNow it was owned by SignNow and very new, throughout the years it became CudaSign owned by Barracuda Networks for awhile and now it's back to its original name. Great sign features but a few flaws

I like the features to sign the documents and share them, but I would like to see more customization options on the actual documents. For example: I tried pasting a paragraph into a semi-blank document, and formatting it was impossible, so I wound up have to prepare everything in PDF beforehand. I also feel like when importing a pre-prepared PDF, the quality gets lost somewhat and it doesn't look as sharp.
