It's fine if you don't need to send many contracts
It's a decent, affordable e-signature platform with limited capabilities. My qualms which ultimately led me to leave after multiple frustrating updates: 1. Can't download more than 20 documents at a time, meaning backing up my data is next to impossible, minimally, takes an unreasonable amount of time. 2. The removed features for some reason, making the experience worse. 3. They built in settings requiring the user to take multiple steps simply to send a document
