All Contracts for Over a Year Missing Signatures/Data - Poor Support
I logged into the portal two weeks ago and found that a contracts for over a year (10-20 per week) are missing signatures and other key information including client names and government id numbers. I notified support 2 weeks ago, and after a few canned, one-line emails that didn't relate to my issue, they finally said it was a known issue, they were very sorry and were escalating to development to fix. Since then, I have had to email every couple days to get any response from Support. ...

It's great but
It's great, but the prices could come down a little for multiple users. Sometimes it is a small team/start-up and we still need multiple users to do business because everyone in the team needs to access the contracts even though one person signs it in the end.
