I like this program I wish you could cut and paste email addresses and somehow organized them in the program. Also I wish you could delete email address you don't want saved in the program otherwise it is very user friendly

I just had a challenge where a customer thought she did not receive the invite to sign (but later found the email invite in a special filter folder). The online customer service rep (Lena) stayed with me for TWO HOURS as we navigated options, came up with an alternative link and waited for responses from my customer to help us determine best next steps.
