After a couple of frustrating months…

After a couple of frustrating months dealing with Adobe Sign our company decided to try SignNow. Whereas Adobe's product support was an absolute nightmare, we have been able to get prompt responses to all inquiries to SignNow. SignNow is easy to use and allows our property management company to have residents execute leases and lease renewals remotely. It's extremely intuitive and has a much better backup routine than Adobe.

Good interface

Good interface, overall satisfied. My biggest complaint is that I wish SignNow would should space that e-signature ID, date, signer, etc. when creating signature fields. I have a significant issue where the e-signature data is obscured by part of a document and hard to read. If this was updated I would have no issues rating SignNow 5 stars, but it's a common and significant problem I encounter.

What do you like best about airSlate SignNow? The SignNow experience is amazing. It is VERY easy to put in signatures, fields, etc. that require field entry. The Interface is easy to understand and follow. Adding users to the account is also easy. Having a control panel for the admin is also a great tool. What do you dislike about airSlate SignNow? The fact that I can upload and edit documents on my mobile device Being able to create templates and use them for the future without having to upload everything all over again Having more than one user on my account Seeing live and history activities of when someone opens, downloads, save the forms that you send them I like that I get notifications sent to my email as soon as a client is done signing the document.
