Nothing is perfect
Nothing is perfect. There is always room for improvement. At first it was not easy to use. You have to know how to navigate from one pane to the other to get things done, and still it is difficult to use, even with your tutorials. Many of my clients initially found it difficult too. But I've had to work at it to finally understand to do it.
