Priceless tool for all HR managers
PROS: Synchronized accounts on my laptop, my tablet and my phone. I can make a pause any time and resume working also any time CONS: Mobile app asks for updates too frequently. I usually agree but I don't really see what's changed in there (probably something deep inside)

It takes a some training
It takes a some training, but once you understand how to modify font and size of the data fields in the templates, it works very well. I have indicated to the company that they could ease the startup mode if they provided some video training on creating your first template.
