it's great but the speed is a little…
it's great but the speed is a little slow. I would like it to load and download documents a little faster, refresh pages faster. Additional examples would be when I try to copy documents and create templates - it takes a bit for each of those steps.

When people need to sign on their phones, it's a slight inconvenience as they have to download the app first. Most of them won't use it again.

very simple and easy to use for a great price. the only negative is first time users have trouble signing docs on their smart phones. Seems to make you download the app first but easy to sign for the first time on a laptop or desk top.

I'M NEW TO THIS AND I AM HAPPY SO FAR. I JUST WISH THE FONTS WERE LARGER WHEN THEY PRINT, BUT IT'S REALLY A GREAT TOOL TO USE ESPECIALLY DUE TO THE PANDEMIC.
