I was in need of a way to get electronic signatures on an important document. I chatted with a lovely girl named Lena, who walked me step by step, sometimes two and three times to get where I needed to be, and got the task completed. She was friendly, helpful, polite and knew her stuff! I would never have gotten this accomplished without her.

I liked the overall usability and functionality - straightforward and simple. Easy to use flow and more balanced price tiers. What's not to like? (the amount of "How can we help you?" spam they are sending maybe)

Great for signing docs and assisting with business. Wish it was more templates and a few other small pieces some of my sister companies are using with (Doc-won't name them) but for basic business operations, all set.

Affordable, Convenient, and Easy to Use. My clients love the document storage feature to refer back to tax documents over the years just by logging in with their email. I enjoy the archive so I can store by years.
