Started off with many bugs and…
Started off with many bugs and technical support was not very efficient in addressing the issue. I figured out the issue myself, which does not make any sense of having technical support if they are unable to address the issue. Due to our new working environment during Covid-19, SignNow has more capabilities than DocuSign. If it wasn't for the issues I initially had I would give it a higher rating.

When creating a fillable document
When creating a fillable document, it isn't possible to give the applicant the option to check yes or no. If you make yes and no fillable, then the client can't just select one and move on. This is true whenever there is an either or selection. Otherwise I've been happy with utilizing this application.

Sign now has been relatively easy to use, it is quick to get up and running. They have helpful chat assistants ready to assist with questions. They truly are a 4+ only reason I have not given this a five-star is because they don't have good explanations readily available while preparing docs. A pop-up explanation would be helpful.

Send limit should increase.. but the service works well.
100 document per user per month is ok. However, that should be raised. It would set you apart from the competition. As it stands , you are just average in that respect. I mean, it's just some emails... Bump it to 300 or so. It's hard for a business to operate with 100, especially a tax and accounting business.
