Great software for sign documents. It's very easy to send and receive documents digitally signed instead of printing, scanning and all the other actions that you have to do with physical docs.

This is your choice if your headquarters are hundred miles away
PROS: Obvious interface. You don't need manuals at all. Log in - sign, send, receive, as simple as that. CONS: Don't really like their choice of fonts. Most of them look a bit childish

Product I pay for often does not work
Product I pay for often does not work. For example, I paid for an upgraded account and had to twice reach out to support to get the upgrade to work despite being charged. Also the option to route the signer to another site after signing only works about 30% of the time. It is eating into my company's workflows.
