Sign Now is much better than it used to…
Sign Now is much better than it used to be. Much more reliable, and easy to work with. My biggest complaint would be that there is not telephone support for paying customers unless you're at a higher level. I'm sure there are options and functions that I do not know about or understand, and being able to have someone on the phone and walk me through the options would be extremely helpful. It would also serve to increase my opinion of the value of Sign Now if I was able to effectively use ...

"Just the help we needed during COVID-19!"
What do you like best about airSlate SignNow? Once it's set up it's very easy to use and patients love it! Just click and send. What do you dislike about airSlate SignNow? Had some difficulty with trial period. It says we have 53 days left, but also says it's expired!?? What problems is airSlate SignNow solving and how is that benefiting you? Paperless! We are able to send out so many different forms so that no paper needs to be used! Saves time too!

What do you like best about airSlate SignNow? I use SignNow for both business and personal. It allows me to do so many things without having to print things out and it's so easy to use. I love that I can keep track of everything. What do you dislike about airSlate SignNow? Sometimes when I get forms that already have areas ready to be filled in, it includes a bunch of things I have to manually delete. This can take a while and can be annoying. VERY GOOD SERVICE
VERY GOOD SERVICE. MY ONLY ISSUE IS I WISH THE DEFAULT SIGNATURE WAS A DARKER FONT. WHEN CUSTOMERS SIGN WITH THE DEFAULT SIGNATURE PRINT OUT COPIES ARE WAY TO LIGHT TO SEE ON THE COPY.
