Great customer support. Need improvement of tutorial videos to guide customers thru process of preparing templates, requesting signatures, etc.

fairly simple, looks complex in the beginning
It can be difficult at first to navigate and some of the more favorable options, like auto fill signature, are not mandatory features, the user needs to "add" this feature to the template and I believe it should be set this way to start and then you can go in and edit the option after the fact. It's not a well known option to change or else everyone would be on auto fill signature, it saves 200 clicks a day if all an employee does is set signnow invoices.

Great product
Great product. Has specific functionality such as creating a link which we can put in our email to have someone sign a document. Integrates with Zapier. Signnow has a lot of potential and affordable.
